In 2020, former colleague, Adam Bosher, sadly passed away suddenly at the young age of 38. This was due to a Ruptured blood vessel in the brain, commonly known as a type of Stroke. Doreen has been a very close friend of Adam & his family for many years and would like to support them by raising money for The Stroke Association in Adam’s memory. Elaine, Adam’s wife and their children, Macie, Emmy & Noel have been completing various challenges to raise money , includes no The Northumberland 6 Peakes challenge. Now Doreen would have loved to take part, but her little legs wouldn’t see her through so She would like to use her banking talents to raise funds. Doreen is offering everyone a chance to win 1 of 3 prizes; 1st prize: 1 x 6inch 4 tier cake 2nd prize : 12 x boxed & Gift wrapped Cupcakes 3rd prize: 6 Chocolate Hearts or cake popsicles All can be made to the theme of your choice. These will be all hand made, by Doreen. Each ticket has a suggested donation of £2 with all money raised going to The Stroke Association. This then gets used to help to fund support for stroke survivors.
